I spend 10 yr in Hospitality, and very disappointed in my stay. I was charged 40 dollars for a upgrade. When dealing with 3rd party if we had the rm available we would accommodate the guest.Customer Service is a scam. I canceled my motel reservation but was still charged on my credit card. After phone Customer service requesting refund plus sending them proof of an email cancelation from the motel, I was offer a refund of only $68.00 for a total charge of $466.00. I refused their scammed offer.Amazing customer service!! We needed to make a change to our reservation. Destinia was extremely easy to contact (24/7 service) and extraordinarily kind and helpful.
